Hydrating Sage Mask
This recipe can be used on all skin types. It will calm, hydrate skin, exfoliate and tighten skin.
1/2 cup boiling water
1 Tbs. Fresh sage leaves (for a fragrant mask use pineapple sage leaves if you have access to them)
3 Tbs. oatmeal
2 Tbs. Honey
1 egg white
Pour the water over the sage leaves and allow it to cool completely. Strain mixture and add the sage liquid to the oatmeal, honey and egg white. Mix well. Spread the mixture on clean skin and allow to sit for 15- 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat skin dry.
